General Manager of SKM Group

In 1996 he graduated from the Finance and Credit Faculty of All-Russian State Distance Learning Institute of Finance and Economics with qualification of economist.

 

He went the professional way from senior internal auditor in Penza’s local education authority general accounting department to auditor in Auditing Department of Russian Ministry of Finance in Penza Region.

 

In 1996-1998 – managing partner of audit firm Expert LTD.

 

In 1998- 2000 – Director General of OAO Penza’s Brickfield # 1. In 1999 Penza’s Brickfield # 1 took the first place among industrial sector factories of Penza Pervomaysky Section.

In 2000-2003 – Director General of OOO Stroyinvest.

In February, 2004 he was appointed Executive Director of Municipal Fund Zhilyo.

 

At present, he executes Chairman’s duty of Town Managing, Land Utilization and Real Estate Standing Committee of Penza’s Municipal Administration.

 

                                               Since October, 2006 – Director General of SKM Group.

She graduated from Economics Faculty of Penza Agricultural Institute with an economist degree in Accounting and Business Activity Analysis.

 

She began her career as an economist of credit department in Penza Regional Affiliate of Agroprom-Bank. She taught in Penza Agricultural Institute in the Department of Accounting and Finance.

 

In 2000 she was appointed chief accountant of Penza Construction Company affiliating SKM Group Holding.

 

Since May, 2007 she was appointed Finance Director of SKM Group.

 

He graduated from Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI) with the diploma with honors.

He began his professional activity as engineer-programmer in ZAO GosIncor-Leasing.

 

After that, he worked as senior engineer, deputy department chief of CB GUTA-Bank.

 

Then he worked in Amalgamated Candy-Makers as chief of Information Analysis System Development Department and deputy director of IT Department.

 

He engaged in design, realization and implement of information systems, selection of automatization means.

 

Since March, 2008 he is Director of IT Department of SKM Group.

Khilko Sergey  

General Manager of company ARTSTROY

 

He graduated from Ulyanovsk Polytechnic University.

He began his career in Ulyanovsk Aviation Complex as an engineer.

Since 1993 he worked in в ТОО Loghika as Director General.

In 2004 he was appointed director on development of the companies group representing Italian network TERRANOVA in Russia.

Since October, 2007 he has been working in SKM Group Holding.

In May, 2008 he became Director General of company ARTSTROY.
